Refund/Warranty Information:

All sales are final once the jewelry chain is cut. This is because our pieces are custom-fit to the individual. No refunds for any reason, including lost or damaged jewelry. We will, however, replace any jewelry that is defective within the first 30 days.

Repairs:

Repairs for broken welds (at the jump ring) are always free, provided you still have the chain.

We will do our best to repair to broken chains (that did not occur at the location of the welded jump ring), as long as you still have the chain and it is possible to fix. Not all broken chains are able to be repaired. Remember, permanent jewelry must occasionally be removed for things like extreme swelling or medical procedures. Our jewelry, while durable, is not indestructible, and is meant to break with excessive force for safety reasons to protect you.

Age Policy:

While we are happy to put a clasp on any jewelry pieces, we will only weld jewelry on people 13 and older. Anyone under 16 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian present for permanent jewelry welding. None of our jewelry, welded or clasped, is intended for young children.
